We have great faith in our products ability to transform the skin, but we also know that not every product will work for everyone. Also, due to the complex nature of some ingredients, we know some people get allergic reactions. If so, you can submit the guarantee before the 60-day period is over, if you have correctly claimed the guarantee.
Guarantee Guidelines-
1. Max 1 product return per customer/order
*We refund a maximum of 1 product per order/customer. Only first orders are eligible for return. Only new customers.
2. Before & After Photos
*You must activate the guarantee by providing a BEFORE photo to us on Instagram @WildflowerPlantMagic or Email WildflowerApothecaryMA@gmail.com after placing the order before you get the products. Then we require a second photo on day 60.
3. Follow Instructions for DAILY Use
*You must use the products daily as instructed, for a minimum of 60 consecutive days from the delivery date. You then have 30 days after completing the 60-day period to submit your claim for Money Back.
Steps To Claim Guarantee-
Step 1: After Initially sending us your Before photo, if there is no improvement with your skin after 60 Days, send us your After photo via Instagram @WildflowerPlantMagic or Email WildflowerApothecaryMA@gmail.com.
Step 2: STICK TO IT FOR 60 DAYS. Customers are always in awe of the improvements they see, but if that’s not your experience send us your before & after photos if there has been no improvement.
*You must submit your request within the 30 days following the 60-day period, submissions before or after this time frame won’t be accepted.
Step 3: WE GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND if there is truly, zero improvement in your skin.
We will process your claim within 2-3 weeks. The money will be in your bank account within 10 business days after we approve your claim.
Returns-
Let us know if you want to return a product and you can return the product at your own expense. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Only first orders are eligible for return. We don't accept returns after the 30-day period. If you have a negative reaction to a product, please contact us & provide photo.

Everyone’s skin is different and each person metabolizes ingredients differently and has their own unique sensitivity. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend performing a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction.
